Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is the Korean governmental agency dedicated to providing grant aid to combat poverty and humanitarian crises and support partner countries' sustainable socio-economic growth. Setting health, education, governance, agriculture and rural development and technology, environment and energy as priority sectors, KOICA delivers grant-based programs through its development projects, Development Experience Exchange Program (DEEP), international volunteer and fellowship programs, emergency relief provision, multilateral cooperation, etc. At present, KOICA operates 46 country offices around the globe.

- 24 May 2023: Announcement of document review result
- 25 or 26 May 2023: Interview (English /Ukrainian /Russian)
- 31 May 2023 : Announcement of interview screening result
- 1 July 2023: Start date

2. Qualifications and Competences
A. Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree (Regardless of major)
B. Work Experience: work experience in a relevant field and institutions will be an
advantage
C. Language: Ukrainian/Russian(Native), Fluent in English speaking and writing
D. Required skills:
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Good ability to conduct investigations;
- Have a basic knowledge of the computer tool (Office program; Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
- Have a good capacity for analysis, synthesis, and report writing
- Being able to work in a team, independently and under pressure
E. Communication: Speaks and writes clearly and effectively, listens to others, correctly interprets messages from others and responds appropriately, asks questions to clarify, and exhibits interest in having two-way communication, Tailors languages, tone, style and format to match the audience, demonstrates openness in sharing information and keeping people informed.
F. Multicultural: Accustomed to work in a multicultural circumstance, well understands the situation and manage good relations with colleagues.
